Threadly is a full-stack marketplace built solo, with 80+ REST API endpoints and 48 pages for buyer, seller, and admin roles. The backend uses NestJS with JWT authentication and refresh token rotation, role-based access control, and Mongoose schemas. The frontend follows Domain-Driven Design with React Query and Axios interceptors for silent token refresh. It features a custom design system built on Shadcn UI, 15+ test files written with Vitest and React Testing Library, and deploys on Vercel with GitHub Actions CI/CD.

ZHUB

A multi-domain internal company system covering HR, Procurement, and Project Management — used by 70+ employees across 5 departments with full role-based access control.

ZHUB is a fully integrated internal company system built with Next.js, TypeScript, and a feature-based architecture. It covers HR, Procurement, and Project Management modules for 70+ employees across 5 departments, with full role-based access control (RBAC) for every role and bilingual support. The system includes end-to-end workflows for permissions, overtime, employee operations, and procurement approvals with defined stages for Procurement Managers, Project Managers, and the CEO — cutting approval time from about 3 days to under 6 hours by replacing email approvals. ZHUB was designed to improve internal operations, reduce manual errors, automate complex processes, and enhance collaboration between departments. Authentication is handled through NextAuth, while React Query ensures stable API communication and optimized caching. The UI is fully responsive and built with TailwindCSS, supporting Arabic and English through NextIntl.

ZBoards

A real-time in-house kanban system built with dnd-kit and Socket.io to replace Trello for 4 teams — with time tracking, history logs, and smart comment syncing.

ZBoards is a real-time internal kanban system built with dnd-kit and Socket.io to replace Trello for 4 teams managing 1,000+ cards. It features drag-and-drop across boards, lists, and cards using dnd-kit (actively maintained, well-documented, and a modern alternative to the stalled react-beautiful-dnd), with optimistic UI updates via React Query for a smooth experience. The platform includes multi-session time tracking per card, allowing users to start and stop work sessions and track total hours spent. Admins and the finance team can monitor a full history log of all card changes — edits, attachments, and comments — for task time and resource allocation. Cards can be archived and restored, and comments can be copied or synced between original and duplicated cards, including assets. ZBoards is fully responsive and was adopted company-wide, saving $300+/month in third-party licensing costs.
